At daybreak this morning light rain is falling and the temperature is around the 50 degree mark.

Most of the rain will end by noon today but it will remain cloudy and with winds off the ocean temperatures will only rise slightly above 60.

Mainly dry weather this evening but some more there will be a chance of showers after midnight.

As a warm front slowly approaches the area on Friday it will remain mostly cloudy with shower chances continuing.

The warm front will pass to our north on Saturday with much warmer air moving into the area, still there will be some showers and thunderstorms.

Looks like we dry out on Mother’s Day with continued warm temperatures.

Warm and dry weather will continue on Monday, we may see some temperatures rise into the 80s.

More showers possible Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, temperatures will continue above normal.

Friday – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid 60s

Saturday – Cloudy and warmer with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the upper 70s.

Sunday – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 80s.

Tuesday – Partly sunny, chance of showers and thunderstorms, high near 80.

Wednesday – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the low 70s.

 

Marine Forecast: Today – East wind to 9 knots, seas 1-2 feet.

Outlook – Mainly sub-advisory level conditions through the weekend although advisories may be possible for higher seas on Saturday!
