Warmer weather for this weekend!


Skies are cloudy at daybreak this morning and temperatures are mostly in the low-mid 50s around the area, winds are light.

After early morning cloudiness it will becoming mostly sunny and high temperatures will be about 10 degrees higher than on Friday reaching the upper 70s.

Sunday will be a warm and rather humid day, there is only a slight chance of some morning drizzle and afternoon and evening showers however most areas will remain dry.

High pressure will be in control of the weather next week with seasonably cool temperatures through Thursday then warming to above normal temperatures on Friday, no rain is expected as our dry pattern will continue.

Looking ahead it appears that we will be quite warm next weekend with above normal temperatures continuing into early October.

TODAY –  Cloudy this morning then becoming mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

TONIGHT – Mostly cloudy with only a slight chance of drizzle, low in the mid 60s.

SUNDAY – Partly sunny and humid with only a slight chance of drizzle in the morning and showers in the afternoon and evening, high in the low 80s.

MONDAY – Mostly sunny, cooler and less humid, high in the mid 70s.

TUESDAY – Sunny, high in the mid 70s.

WEDNESDAY – Sunny, high in the low 70s.

THURSDAY – Sunny, high in the low 70s.

FRIDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Small craft advisory in effect for high seas until 2am Sunday morning, winds southeast to 20 knots, seas 3-6 feet.

OUTLOOK – Advisories possible Sunday night into Monday with below advisory level conditions Tuesday and Wednesday.
