Not as frigid today! Very cold again tonight into Saturday! Finally milder weather starting Sunday!


Skies are partly cloudy in the area this morning, temperatures are about seven degrees warmer than this time yesterday and winds are light.

Today will not be as cold as the last two days as temperatures reach the low 40s which is still well below normal for this time of year and with winds gusting to 25 mph it will make it feel chilly despite plenty of sunshine.

Another surge of cold air will brisk winds tonight and Friday,  high temperatures on Friday will again fail to get out of the 30s.

After a chilly Saturday morning it will become slightly milder in the afternoon with sunshine.

Finally milder on Sunday with rain likely at night.

Even warmer on Monday with a chance of showers mainly in the morning, temperatures will rise well up into the 60s which will make it feel comfortable after the frigid weather this week.

A cold front will move across the area on Tuesday, it will still be mild.

Seasonably cool and dry weather expected Wednesday and on Thanksgiving.

FRIDAY – Sunny and windy, highs only in the upper 30s.

SATURDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the low 40s.

SUNDAY – Partly sunny and milder, high in the mid 50s, rain likely at night.

MONDAY – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain mainly in the morning,  quite mild, highs in the mid 60s.

TUESDAY – Partly sunny, high in the upper 50s.

WEDNESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 40s.

THANKSGIVING DAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 40s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Small craft advisories in effect for westerly winds to 30 knots, seas 3-4 feet.

OUTLOOK – Advisories likely on Friday with no advisories expected Friday night into Sunday with advisories again possible Sunday night into Monday!
