Wonderful weather on this hump day! Chance of showers on Thursday!


We have clear skies early this Wednesday morning, temperatures range from the upper 60s in the Clifton area to the mid 50s in some of the cooler interior areas, winds are from the north around 5-10 mph.

Today we will finally have a nice late spring day with plenty of sunshine and comfortably warm temperatures as high pressure builds into the area.

Increasing cloudiness tonight and Thursday looks to be a mostly cloudy day with a chance of showers, most of the rain will be on the light side.

Friday will start off mostly cloudy but sunshine will return as another high builds into the area, temperatures will be warm.

Dry weather will continue through most of Saturday but showers are expected to develop at night and continue into Sunday some of this rain may be heavy as some of the remnants from Tropical Depression Bill moves into the area.

Early next week looks warm and dry.

THURSDAY – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers mostly in the afternoon and evening, high in the upper 70s.

FRIDAY – Mostly cloudy then becoming mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

SATURDAY – Partly sunny, high in the upper 70s, chance of showers at night.

SUNDAY – Cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid 80s.

MONDAY – Partly sunny, high in the upper 80s.

TUESDAY – Partly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – North winds to 12 knots, seas 1 foot.  Water temperatures are in the mid 60s.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected through Sunday.
