Another pleasantly warm summer day today! Rain likely late tonight into Friday morning! More rain and cool over the weekend!


Skies are clear at daybreak this morning and temperatures are on the cool side ranging from the low 60s in Clifton to the low 50s in some colder inland spots, winds are light and the humidity is low.

If you liked yesterday’s weather you will like today’s as high  pressure over the area will give us plenty of sunshine with warm temperatures and low humidity.

Rain is likely after midnight and continue to around noon on Friday, during the day Friday we will remain cloudy with cool temperatures.

More significant rain is in the cards from Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning, 1-2 inches of rain is expected, temperatures will remain on the cool side.

More seasonably warm temperatures as we head into next week with a chance of showers Tuesday and Wednesday.

SATURDAY – Cloudy with rain after 3 p.m,  cool, highs only in the low 70s.

SUNDAY – Mostly cloudy with rain before 8 a.m. high in the upper 70s.

MONDAY – Partly sunny, high in the low 80s.

TUESDAY – Partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid 80s.

WEDNESDAY –  Partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid 80s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – North wind becoming south-southeast around 7 knots, seas 1-2 feet.  Water temperatures are near 70 degrees.

OUTLOOK – No advisories are expected Friday and Monday, with advisories likely Saturday and Sunday!
