Beautiful summer weather continues through the weekend! Rain likely early next week!


Skies have become clear early this Friday morning and temperatures are ranging from the mid 60s in the Clifton area to some mid 50s further inland, humidity is low with dew points in the 50s and there is a light northerly wind.

Today will be a nice summer day with comfortably warm temperatures and low humidity along with plenty of sunshine as high pressure builds into the area from the north.

We will have another beautiful summer weekend with plenty of sunshine both days with continued seasonably warm temperatures and low humidity.

More humid on Monday with a chance of showers and thunderstorms developing by the afternoon.

It appears that Tuesday we will finally get some well needed rain as a cold front moves into the area and a low pressure forms along the front which will cause showers and thunderstorms with some heavy rain, it will also be humid.

A return to nice weather Wednesday through the end of the week with again seasonably warm temperatures and with low humidity.

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

TONIGHT – Partly cloudy, low in the low 60s.

SATURDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

SUNDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

MONDAY – Partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms by the afternoon, more humid, highs in the mid 80s.

TUESDAY – Cloudy and humid with showers and thunderstorms likely, high in the low 80s.

WEDNESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

THURSDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – East winds to 13 knots, seas 2-3 feet.  Water temperatures are in the low 70s.

OUTLOOK – A small craft advisory will be in effect from 11 p.m. tonight till 6 p.m. on Saturday.  Advisories possibly will continue for high seas on Sunday.
