Showers mainly this morning! Excellent spring weather tomorrow through early next week!


Skies are cloudy early on this Tuesday morning with rain showers in the area, temperatures are quite mild with most readings in the low 50s, winds are light.

A cold front will be crossing the area this morning giving us more showers mainly this morning, we should see some sunshine this afternoon but only a low chance of a shower.

High pressure will build into the area from the north and dominate the weather the next several days with sunny days and mostly clear nights, temperatures will be slightly below normal Wednesday through Friday, near normal on Saturday and above normal Sunday and Monday.

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – Showers this morning then becoming partly sunny this afternoon with a low chance of a shower, high near 60.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear, low in the mid 30s, some freezing temperatures inland.

WEDNESDAY – Sunny, high in the upper 50s.

THURSDAY – Sunny, high near 60.

FRIDAY – Sunny, high near 60.

SATURDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the low 60s.

SUNDAY – Sunny, high in the low 70s.

MONDAY – Mostly sunny, high near 70.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Small craft advisory in effect till 6 a.m. on Wednesday.  Today – Southwest wind becoming northwest with gusts to 30 knots, seas 4-7 feet.

OUTLOOK – Small craft advisories likely Wednesday through Saturday.
