Nice summer weather today and Tuesday! Becoming hot and humid Thursday and Friday with some showers!


Skies are mostly fair early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from the low 60s in Clifton to the mid 50s further inland, the winds are light and the humidity is low.

We should see plenty of sunshine both today and on Tuesday along with low humidity and comfortably warm temperatures as high pressure builds into the area.

The high pressure will move offshore on Wednesday with a southwest flow of warmer and gradually more humid air.

Thursday and Friday will be hot and humid with Friday being the hottest day with highs well up into the 90s, the best chance of showers and thunderstorms will be on Thursday.

At this time the weekend looks to be quite warm and a little less humid with a low chance of showers  Saturday afternoon..

TODAY – Sunny, high in the low 80s.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear, low in the mid 60s.

TUESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

WEDNESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 80s.

THURSDAY- Partly sunny, quite warm and humid with a chance of afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms, high near 90.

FRIDAY – Partly sunny, hot and humid, high in the mid 90s.

SATURDAY – Partly sunny with a chance of an afternoon shower or thunderstorm, high in the upper 80s.

SUNDAY – Mostly sunny, high near 90.

 

MARINE FORECAST:   TODAY – Northerly winds to 10 knots, seas 1-2 feet. Water temperatures are in the low 70s.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Tuesday through Friday.
