Skies are mostly clear early on this Friday morning and tempertures range from the mid 60s in the Clifton area to the mid 50s further inland, winds are mainly calm.
High pressure moving off the coast will give us another fine summer day with comfortable temperatures and humidity levels, humidity should increase at night.
A cold front crossing the area will likely give our area showers and thunderstorms mainly in the afternoon and evening hours, some of these storms may be strong with gusty winds and heavy rain, it also will be warmer and more humid.
High pressure then build back into the area on Sunday and should be in control of our weather through at least the early part of next week, temperatures will be seasonably warm with comfortable humidity.
Warmer and more humid air should return to the area for Wednesday and Thursday.

TUESDAY – Sunny, high in the mid 80s.
WEDNESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 80s.
THURSDAY – Mostly sunny, warmer and more humid, high near 90.
MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – Southerly winds to 11 knots, seas 2 feet. Water temperatures are in the mid 70s.
