Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Friday morning and temperatures are warm again with readings ranging from the mid 70s here in Clifton to the mid 60s further inland, there are a couple of light scattered showers in parts of the area.

Today we will only have a slight chance of a shower this morning then we should see plenty of sunshine and it will be hot with readings in the low 90s, it will became a little less humid this afternoon.

We should have a very nice weather weekend with plenty of sunshine, it will be quite warm but the humidity will not be as high as today.

Very warm weather and mainly dry through at least the middle of next week.  It now appears that more seasonable temperatures will occur by late in the week.

TROPICS:   The strong Atlantic ocean wave (99L)  is not expected to develop for at least the next several days, however Florida is still expected to have periods of heavy rain and some gusty winds, this disturbance is then expected to move into the warm Gulf of Mexico waters and there may develop to a stronger storm.

Today we should see an increase in clouds and it will become more humid with a low chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm, temperatures will be quite warm.

Clouds will linger on Friday morning along with a chance of a shower but then becoming mostly sunny hot and humid with highs reaching the 90s.

Nice weekend weather as high pressure will be in our area giving us plenty of sunshine both days along with lower humidity.

Quite warm weather will continue into early next week with a chance of showers on Tuesday.

Today we will have plenty of sunshine as high pressure continue over the area, temperatures and humidity will be a bit higher than the last couple of days.

Tomorrow will be quite warm and more humid with more cloudiness as high pressure moves off the shore.

Friday will be a hot and humid day with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon as a weak cold front crosses the area.

High pressure will build into the area over the weekend giving us plenty of sunshine both days along with quite warm temperatures, humidity will be moderate.

Another weak cold front may cause some shower activity early next week, temperatures will continue to be warmer than average for late August.

Today we will have plenty of sunshine which will help raise high temperatures a couple of degrees higher than yesterday, humidity will remain low as high pressure is over the area.

Pleasant conditions will continue tomorrow and on Thursday with again mostly sunny days with seasonably warm temperatures.

Friday will be hot and more humid as winds become more southwesterly as the high pressure moves off the coast, there is a slight chance of a shower but most areas will remain dry.

High pressure will again build into the area over the weekend giving us warm temperatures with moderate humidity levels.

Wonderful late summer weather this week!


Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from the mid 60s here in Clifton to around 60 further inland, winds are light.

The front that caused the rain showers yesterday has moved offshore and high pressure is building into the area, we should see a mix of clouds and sun today with a refreshing breeze, high temperatures will reach the low 80s but with dew points falling into the 50s it will be quite comfortable.  Tonight will be clear and almost fall like with temperatures falling into the 50s in the Clifton area with some 40s possible further inland.

High pressure will continue to give the area dry conditions this week with a gradual increase in temperatures and humidity later this week.

A weak cold front should come through the area on Friday but with only a slight chance of a shower then high pressure will again be in control of our weather over the weekend giving us seasonably warm temperatures and moderate humidity levels along with plenty of sunshine.
