Very cool today with showers! Some sunshine possible tomorrow afternoon! Summerlike weather for the weekend!


TUESDAY  JUNE 6, 2017  5:46  A.M.

Skies are cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and some heavy showers are now approaching the area. Not much range in temperatures with readings mostly in the low to mid 50s, winds are from the northeast.

The area of heavy showers will move through this morning with lighter showers expected during the afternoon. With clouds and an onshore flow, temperatures will be well below normal, probably staying in the 50s which is nearly 20 degrees below normal for June 6th.

Tomorrow we will see some improvement. It still will be cloudy in the morning but sunshine may return late in the afternoon, temperatures will be milder than today but still below normal.

Mainly dry weather Thursday and Friday, temperatures will still be below normal on Thursday and near normal on Friday.

Summerlike weather for the weekend, we should stay dry, temperatures will be near 80 on Saturday and in the 80s on Sunday.

90 degree weather possible early next week.

OUTLOOK – A small craft advisory has been posted from 6 p.m. this evening till 6 p.m. Wednesday evening; advisories likely continuing Wednesday night through the day on Friday; no advisories expected Friday night into the day on Saturday.
