THURSDAY  JULY 6, 2017  5:43 A.M.

Skies have become cloudy early on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from around 70 in the Clifton area to near 60 further inland, winds are mainly calm and the humidity is moderate.

Today will be a mostly cloudy and cool day with a chance of showers later this afternoon as high pressure moves off the New England coast.

A low pressure system will give us rain heavy at times tonight into Friday morning, 1-2 inches of rain is possible.   There will be some partial clearing in the afternoon but there still will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms into the evening, temperature and humidity will be higher.

Saturday will be partly sunny as high pressure builds into the area, temperatures will be quite warm but humidity levels will decrease during the afternoon.

Sunday will be a quite pleasant with seasonably warm temperatures, low humidity and plenty of sunshine.

Seasonably warm temperature through the middle of next week with a low chance of showers each day as a couple of weak fronts move through the area.

TONIGHT – Cloudy with showers and possibly a thunderstorm, rain may be heavy at times, low in the upper 60s.

FRIDAY – JUL 7 – Showers in the morning, cloudy then becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon with still a chance of a shower or thunderstorm, high in the low 80s.

SATURDAY – JUL 8 – Partly sunny, high in the upper 80s.

SUNDAY – JUL 9 – Sunny, high in the mid 80s.

MONDAY – JUL 10 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high in the mid 80s.

TUESDAY – JUL 11 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high in the mid to upper 80s.

WEDNESDAY – JUL 12 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high in the low 80s.
