FRIDAY  JULY 21, 2017  5:53 A.M.

Skies are mostly clear early on this Friday morning and temperatures are slightly cooler than the last couple of mornings, ranging from the low 70s in the Clifton area to the mid 60s further inland, humidity is still rather high with dew points in the upper 60s.

Today will be another hot day but a little less humid in the afternoon, temperatures will once again reach the 90s and we should remain dry.  A heat advisory continues in effect.

Most of Saturday will be dry and hot but a front in the area will likely cause showers and thunderstorms at night.

Showers and thunderstorms are likely to continue Sunday through Tuesday morning as the front will still be in the area.  Some storms may be accompanied by heavy rain and strong gusty winds.

Cooler and dry weather is expected from Tuesday afternoon through Friday as high pressure builds into the area.
