Another hot day today! Showers and thunderstorms likely from tonight into Sunday morning! More showers Sunday night into Monday!


SATURDAY  JULY 22, 2017  5:33 A.M.

Skies are mostly clear early on this Saturday morning and it is quite warm once again with readings ranging from the upper 70s in the Clifton area down to the mid 60s further inland, winds are light.

Today we will be dry and temperatures should again break the 90 degree mark, humidity will be moderate.  We should have mostly sunny skies in the morning with increasing cloudiness this afternoon.  A disturbance will likely give us showers and thunderstorms after 8 p.m. tonight into Sunday morning, some storms may be accompanied by heavy rain and strong gusty winds.

We will have a brief break in the showers Sunday afternoon with some sunshine possible but another weak front will give us a good chance of more showers and thunderstorms Sunday night into Monday.  Temperatures will be not as warm on Sunday but may rise to near 90 on Monday, humidity will be moderate with dew points in the 60s.

Dry weather will be with us from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday with cooler temperatures and more comfortable humidity.

Another front may give us showers Thursday afternoon into Friday, temperatures will be seasonably warm.

MONDAY – JUL 24 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the upper 80s.

TUESDAY – JUL 25 – Mostly sunny and less humid, high in the low 80s.

WEDNESDAY – JUL 26 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 80s.

THURSDAY – JUL 27 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid 80s.

FRIDAY – JUL 28 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the upper 80s.
