Cloudy and mild today with a chance of light rain or drizzle! Quite mild on Friday with showers possible! Dry and cool weather for Easter Sunday!


Good morning everyone!   Skies are cloudy early this morning and there are some showers mainly across the central and southern parts of the state, temperatures are much milder than the last few mornings with readings ranging from the upper 40s in Clifton to the low 40s further inland, winds are mostly calm.

A warm front to our south will cause cloudy skies today with a low chance of light rain or drizzle, temperatures will be seasonably mild with highs in the 50s.

A better chance of showers tonight into Friday morning, some clearing is possible late in the day and temperatures should rise into the 60s for the first time since March 1st.

Cooler and mainly dry weather for Saturday and Easter Sunday.

Seasonably cool weather most of next week with showers possible Tuesday and Wednesday.

TODAY – MAR 29 – Cloudy with a chance of light rain or drizzle, high in the mid 50s.

TONIGHT – Cloudy with a chance of showers, low in the upper 40s.

FRIDAY – MAR 30 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers mainly before 2 p.m.  mild, high in the low 60s.

SATURDAY – MAR 31 – Sunny, high in the mid 50s.

EASTER SUNDAY – APR 1 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 50s.

MONDAY – APR 2 – Mostly sunny, high near 50.

TUESDAY – APR 3 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, high in the low 50s.

WEDNESDAY – APR 4 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high in the mid 50s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  A small craft advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. Friday evening.  Winds southerly to 30 knots, seas 4-7 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Friday night through the day on Saturday; possible small craft conditions Saturday night into Sunday morning; no advisories expected Sunday afternoon through Monday.
