Very warm weather today through Friday! Some showers possible on Friday! Mainly dry with more seasonable temperatures over the weekend!

Good morning everyone!

Skies are mostly clear early this morning and it is quite mild in most of the area with readings ranging from the mid 60s in the Clifton area but down to around 40 well inland, winds are mainly calm.

Strong high pressure off the southeast coast will continue to give us a southwest flow of very warm air, temperatures should rise well up into the 80s today through Friday.  The humidity will be quite low today and with a brisk southwest wind there is an elevated risk of brush fires in the area, a red flag warning has been posted.

Humidity levels will increase tomorrow and especially on Friday.  A cold front on Friday may give us some showers.
