Much warmer today with plenty of sunshine! Quite warm Wednesday through Friday with showers possible late Friday!

Good morning everyone and Happy May!

Skies are mostly clear early on this first day of May and with light winds there is a wide range in temperatures with the mid 40s reported in Clifton down to around 30 further inland, in fact now Walpack is down to 29 degrees.

After a chilly, rainy and sometimes snowy April we will enjoy much warmer weather as we turn the calendar to May with plenty of sunshine today along with temperatures rising to well up into the 70s as high pressure to our south brings in warmer air on a southwest flow.

Even warmer weather Wednesday through Friday, we should stay dry until Friday evening when we will have a chance of showers as a cold front crosses the area.

At this point the weekend looks to be dry with more seasonable temperatures.
