Warm and humid today with only a low chance of a shower! Fantastic late summer weather tomorrow through the weekend!

Good morning everyone!

Our area has mostly cloudy skies early this morning, temperatures range from the low 70s in Clifton to the mid 60s further inland, it is quite muggy with dew points mainly in the low 70s.  I picked up .70 inches of precipitation from the overnight rains.

A warm front has moved to the north and the rain associated with the front has moved offshore.  Today we should see a mix of clouds and sun and it will be warm and humid.  A cold front will cross the area this afternoon only giving us a low chance of a shower.

Finally we will enjoy a stretch of nice summer weather starting tomorrow and lasting through the weekend with plenty of sunshine each day.  Humidity will be quite low on Thursday and only rise slowly through the weekend.

Latest indications are that next week will be hot with increasing humidity but most of the time we will remain dry.
