Hot and humid weather to continue today and on Thursday! Much cooler Friday through the weekend.

Good morning everyone!

Another warm and muggy start to this Wednesday morning with temperatures ranging from the mid 70s in Clifton ranging down to the mid 60s further inland, skies are partly cloudy and the winds are mainly calm.

Another hot and humid day today as many kids go back to school, temperatures may be a couple of degrees lower than yesterday especially along coastal sections as the wind will be more onshore but the humidity will remain high with dew points in the oppressive 70s.

Hot and humid again tomorrow ahead of a cold front, this front will cause some showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and night.

Finally a break to the heat and humidity on Friday but there will be a chance of light rain as the front will only slowly move to our south.

The weekend looks to be cool and cloudy, most of the time will be dry with the best chance of rain will be on Sunday night.

Chance of showers and thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday as the front starts moving north as a warm front approaches from the south and some moisture moves into the area from the remnants of Tropical storm Gordon.
