Mostly sunny, breezy and cooler today! Dry and cool on Sunday with less wind! Mainly dry and cool weather most of next week!


Good morning!

Skies are partly cloudy early on this Saturday morning and temperatures are still on the mild side with readings ranging from the upper 40s in Clifton down to the upper 30s further inland, winds are brisk out of the west.

After yesterday’s near record warmth along with a strong evening thunderstorm today will be cooler as high pressure builds into the area, winds will be brisk with gusts to near 30 mph possible, temperatures will be a little above normal with mostly sunny skies.

Tomorrow will be a cool day but with less wind, skies will again be mostly sunny.

Mainly a dry and cool weather for next week, temperatures will be a little below normal Monday through Wednesday and then near normal Thursday and Friday. There will be only a slight chance of precipitation on Monday and again Wednesday night but precipitation probabilities will be 20% or less.

TODAY – MAR 16 – Sunny and breezy, high in the low 50s.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear, low in the upper 20s.

SUNDAY – MAR 17 – Sunny, high in the mid 40s.

MONDAY – MAR 18 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 40s.

TUESDAY – MAR 19 – Sunny, high in the mid 40s.

WEDNESDAY – MAR 20 – Mostly sunny, high near 50.

THURSDAY – MAR 21 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 50s.

FRIDAY – MAR 22 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 50s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 5 a.m. Sunday morning for northwest winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 4-6 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Sunday through Tuesday.
