Skies across the area are partly cloudy early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from around 50 in Clifton down to the low 40s further inland, winds are light northerly. There may be some patchy for in some inland areas.

The remains of Tropical Storm Nestor has moved further out to sea while weak high pressure builds into our area today giving us a mostly sunny day with temperatures a little above normal.

A frontal system will move through the area Tuesday night, there is a chance of rain tomorrow afternoon but most of the rain will fall late Tuesday night into the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Fair weather with slightly above normal temperatures Wednesday through Friday. A weak cold front is expected to cross the area Friday night only associated with some clouds.

Cooler next weekend with a chance of showers on Sunday as another front moves into our area.

TONIGHT – Increasing clouds, low in the mid 40s.

TUESDAY – OCT 22 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of light rain in the afternoon, high in the low 60s. Rain at night mainly between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. Wednesday morning.

WEDNESDAY – OCT 23 – Sunny, high in the mid 60s.

THURSDAY – OCT 24 – Sunny, high in the mid 60s.

FRIDAY – OCT 25 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 60s.

SATURDAY – OCT 26 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 50s.

SUNDAY – OCT 27 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high near 60.

MARINE FORECAST:

A small craft advisory is in effect until 7 a.m. Tuesday morning for northeast wind gusting to 30 knots, seas 5-8 feet.

OUTLOOK – Advisories possible Tuesday and Wednesday; no advisories expected Thursday and Friday.
