Skies are mostly clear on this Christmas Eve morning and temperatures are mild with readings ranging from the upper 30s in Clifton down to the mid 20s further inland, winds are light northerly.

A weak cold front has moved through the area early this morning, temperatures today will be cooler than yesterday with a light northerly wind, skies will be sunny.

Christmas Day will be pleasant with seasonably mild tempertures after a cool early morning, there will be plenty of sunshine as high pressure builds into the area.

Mainly dry with above normal temperatures Thursday through Saturday, a weak front will only give us a slight chance of rain on Friday but most areas will see no precipitation.

A stronger system will give us a good chance of rain Sunday afternoon through Monday, temperatures will continue to be above normal for this time of year.
