Mostly sunny and cool today! Rain likely Friday afternoon into Saturday morning and continued cool! Milder with a chance of light rain on Sunday!


Good morning!

Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from the low 40s in Clifton down to the low 30s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

A weak cold front will cause some early morning cloudiness and will be followed by mostly sunny skies today but with cool temperatures, winds will be a little brisk out of the northwest.

Another weak disturbance will cause some rain Friday afternoon into Saturday morning followed by mostly sunny skies by Saturday afternoon with continued cool temperatures. Rainfall amounts will average 1/4 to 1/2″

Sunday will be milder but another low pressure will be moving to our south but close enough to give us a chance of rain in the afternoon and evening.

Mainly dry weather early next week with near seasonable temperatures.

Another weak disturbance may give us some showers on Wednesday.

TONIGHT – Partly cloudy, low in the low 30s.

FRIDAY – APR 17 – Mostly sunny in the morning then cloudy with a chance of rain in the afternoon, high near 50. Rain at night.

SATURDAY – APR 18 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain in the morning then becoming partly sunny, high in the low 50s.

SUNDAY – APR 19 – Sunny in the morning, mostly cloudy in the afternoon with a chance of light rain, high in the low 60s.

MONDAY – APR 20 – Mostly cloudy in the morning then becoming partly sunny, high near 60.

TUESDAY – APR 21 – Sunny, high in the low 60s.

WEDNESDAY – APR 22 – Partly sunny in the morning then becoming mostly cloudy with a chance of rain in the afternoon, high in the low 60s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 10 p.m. tonight for westerly winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 2-4 feet.

OUTLOOK – Small craft advisories expected on Friday; advisories still possible for higher seas on Saturday; no advisories expected Sunday and Monday.
