Sunny and cold again today but with less wind than yesterday! Dusting of snow possible on Monday before changing to rain! Dry weather and milder Tuesday through Thursday! Continued dry but cooler Friday and Saturday!

Skies are mainly clear early on this Sunday morning and temperatures at 5 a.m. ranged from 20 degrees at Clifton down to a cold 6 degrees at Walpack, winds are light from the west-northwest.

High pressure over our area will give us a sunny day today, it will continue to be cold but with less wind than yesterday.

A weak low pressure system will give us snow changing to rain on Monday mainly from noon till 8 p.m., accumulations will be less than an inch in Clifton but up to 2-3 inches across areas to our north and west.

Finally a stretch of dry weather is expected Tuesday through next weekend. Temperatures will be milder than normal Tuesday through Thursday and then slightly below normal Friday and Saturday.

TONIGHT – Increasing cloudiness, low in the mid 20s.

MONDAY – FEB 22 – Cloudy with snow developing around noon then changing to rain, high near 40, accumulation of less than an inch expected.

WEDNESDAY – FEB 24 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 40s.

THURSDAY – FEB 25 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 40s.

FRIDAY – FEB 26 – Mostly sunny and colder, high in the upper 30s.

SATURDAY – FEB 27 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 40s.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – Northwest winds to 15 knots, seas 2-3 feet.
