Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and there are some scattered sprinkles in parts of the area. Temperatures are around 15-20 degrees warmer than this time yesterday with readings at 5 a.m. ranging from 41 in Clifton down to 30 at Pequest. Winds are calm or light southwesterly.

Today will be much milder as high pressure builds into the area. Skies will be mostly cloudy this morning but become mostly sunny this afternoon with highs in the 60s. It will be breezy this afternoon as a weak cold front crosses the area with winds becoming northwest.

Tomorrow will be somewhat cooler as high pressure moves offshore and a light onshore flow develops keeping high temperatures in the 50s.

Very mild to warm Thursday and Friday as a southwest flow develops. A cold front will give our area a low chance of showers on Friday. High temperatures both days will be well up into the 60s with a 70 degree reading possible.

The weekend looks to be mainly dry with cooler temperatures.
