Mostly sunny and a little cooler today! Very mild Thursday and Friday with only a low chance of some light showers Friday morning! Dry and cooler weather for the weekend!

Skies are clear early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 36 in Clifton down to 22 at Walpack, winds are mainly calm.

Strong high pressure over New England will give our area an onshore flow of slightly cooler air today along with mostly sunny skies.

Warmer again Thursday and Friday with highs both days in the upper 60s to some low 70s. The only chance of rain will be Friday morning as a cold front approaches the area.

Dry weather is expected for the weekend with cooler temperatures.

Cool early next week and there will be another low chance of showers Tuesday that may be mixed with snow in the morning.

THURSDAY – MAR 11 – Partly sunny, high near 70.

FRIDAY – MAR 12 – Chance of showers in the morning then becoming partly sunny, high in the upper 60s.

SATURDAY – MAR 13 – Sunny and cooler, high in the upper 40s.

SUNDAY – MAR 14 – Sunny, high in the upper 40s.

MONDAY – MAR 15 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 40s.

TUESDAY – MAR 16 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers possibly mixed with snow in the morning, high in the upper 40s.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – East-northeast winds to 10 knots, seas 1-2 feet.

OUTLOOK – A small craft advisory has been posted effective between noon on Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday morning; no advisories expected Friday afternoon and night; possible advisories on Saturday; no advisories expected on Sunday.
