Good morning everyone!

Skies have become cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and there are some scattered sprinkles falling across parts of the area. Temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 44 in Clifton down to 35 at Sandyston, winds are mainly calm.

CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR APRIL 27TH:

AVERAGE HIGH: 64 AVERAGE LOW: 45

RECORD HIGH: 90 – 1990 RECORD LOW: 35 – 2002

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 60 LOW: 39 PRECIPITATION: NONE

A weak warm front moving through our area today is causing cloudy skies this morning with some sprinkles but skies will become mostly sunny later in the day, high temperatures will be mainly in the 60s to near 70. Winds will be much lighter than yesterday.

Tomorrow will likely be the warmest day of the year so far with temperatures rising well into the 80s as high pressure moves offshore and a southwest flow develops, skies should again be mostly sunny.

A frontal system will give us a good chance of showers Thursday into Friday, temperatures will not be as warm but still be above normal with highs in the 70s.

Dry weather is expected over the weekend as high pressure will be in control of our weather. Saturday will be cool but become milder on Sunday.

At this point warmer weather is expected early next week with mainly dry conditions continuing.
