Sunny and unseasonably mild again today with a low chance of a shower late tonight! Mostly sunny and a little cooler on Friday! Mainly dry and seasonably cool weather for the weekend!

Under clear moonlit skies on this Thursday morning temperatures are again well above normal with readings at 5 a.m. ranging from 57 in Clifton down to 43 at Walpack. Winds are mainly calm or light southwesterly.

Today will be another unseasonably mild day with plenty of sunshine, high temperatures will again be well up into the 70s with an 80 degree reading possible in some areas.

A cold front will cross the area tonight giving us a low chance of showers.

Mostly sunny on Friday and it will be cooler as high pressure builds from the west. Temperatures will be 5-10 degrees cooler than today but still well above normal.

Seasonably cool weather can be expected for the weekend but we should stay dry as high pressure builds into our area.

At the present time the weather early next week will be on the chilly side and a frontal system in our area will give us a good chance of rain both Monday and Tuesday.

TODAY – OCT 21 – Sunny, high in the upper 70s.

TONIGHT – Partly cloudy with a chance of a shower mainly between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., low in the upper 50s.

FRIDAY – OCT 22 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 70s.

SATURDAY – OCT 23 – Mostly cloudy and cooler, high in the low 60s.

SUNDAY – OCT 24 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 60s.

MONDAY – OCT 25 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high near 60.

TUESDAY – OCT 26 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, high near 60.

WEDNESDAY – OCT 27 – Partly sunny, high in the low 60s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory has been posted effective between 4 p.m. this afternoon through noon on Friday for southwest winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 4-5 feet.

OUTLOOK – Advisories still possible Friday afternoon and evening; no advisories expected Saturday through Monday.
