Another sunny day today and not as cool! Dry and mild Monday through Wednesday! Showers expected Thursday afternoon through Friday morning!

Skies are clear early on this Sunday morning and for most areas it is the coolest temperatures since April 29th. with readings ranging from 41 in Clifton down to 30 at Pequest. Winds are mainly calm and there is some frost well inland to our north and west.

High pressure will continue to dominate our weather today with sunny skies and high temperatures a couple of degrees higher than yesterday. West winds will become a little brisk in the afternoon.

Very nice fall weather Monday through Wednesday with milder temperatures and plenty of sunshine each day as high pressure continues in our area.

A strong cold front will give us some showers Thursday afternoon through Friday morning followed by clearing by Friday afternoon.

At this point next weekend will be dry and seasonably cool.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear, low in the mid 40s.

MONDAY – OCT 10 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 60s.

TUESDAY – OCT 11 – Sunny, high near 70.

WEDNESDAY – OCT 12 – Mostly sunny, high near 70.

THURSDAY – OCT 13 – Mostly cloudy with showers mainly after 2 p.m., high near 70.

FRIDAY – OCT 14 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of a shower in the morning then becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon, high in the low 60s.

SATURDAY – OCT 15 – Sunny, high in the mid 60s.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – Westerly winds to 10 knots, seas 1-2 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Monday through Wednesday; advisories probably on Thursday.
