Mostly cloudy, warm and humid today with a chance of sprinkles or light showers, record high temperatures again likely! Still warm on Monday but becoming much less humid! Dry and much cooler Tuesday and Wednesday!

Good morning everyone and I hope everyone remembered to set their clocks back. Sunrise this morning is at 6:33 a.m. while sunset will be at 4:47 p.m. (boo)

Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Sunday morning and once again it is unseasonably mild and humid with early temperatures mostly in the low to some upper 60s. The humidity is high with dew points also in the 60s. Winds are light from the south.

CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR NOVEMBER 6TH:

AVERAGE HIGH: 57 AVERAGE LOW: 38

RECORD HIGH: 75 – 2020 RECORD LOW: 25 – 1991

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 78 (Record) LOW: 58 PRECIPITATION: NONE

Today we will likely have record high temperatures as a strong high pressure ridge offshore provides a southerly flow of unseasonably warm and humid air. Some sprinkles or showers are possible during the day and tonight as a cold front approaches our area from the west.

The cold front will cross our area Monday morning but it will still be unseasonably warm during the day but become much less humid.

Much cooler but staying dry Tuesday and Wednesday as temperatures fall back to near normal which will feel chilly after the last few days.

Thursday should remain dry and a southerly flow will cause temperatures to rebound to above normal levels.

A possibly strong coastal storm with some tropical moisture may give us some heavy rain mainly Friday night through Saturday.
