Good morning everyone!

Skies are mainly clear early on this Tuesday morning and early temperatures range from 26 in Clifton down to 17 at Walpack. Winds are from the north averaging 5-10 mph.

CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR FEBRUARY 7TH:

AVERAGE HIGH: 38 AVERAGE LOW: 23

RECORD HIGH: 53 -2020 RECORD LOW: 1 – 1993

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 51 LOW: 30 PRECIPITATION: NONE

High pressure over the area this morning will move offshore and we should see an increase in clouds. With an onshore wind and more clouds high temperatures will be 5-10 degrees cooler than yesterday but with less wind. A weak disturbance will give us a chance of light rain later tonight.

Skies will clear on Wednesday as high pressure builds into our area and with mostly sunny skies temperatures will be milder.

A frontal system will likely give us rain Thursday afternoon and night.

Sunshine returns for Friday and tempertures will be unseasonably mild with highs approaching the 60 degree mark.

Unsettled weather for the weekend with cooler temperatures, at the present time it is unclear if we will get any rain on Saturday as much of the frontal system now looks to be mainly to our south. High pressure will return for Sunday.

At this point next week will continue with above to much above temperatures with little chance of any snowfall.
