Skies are mostly clear early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures are a little higher than this time yesterday with readings ranging from 48 in Clifton down to 34 at Walpack. Winds are calm or light southwesterly. The air quality is good with an index of 49.

High pressure off the Carolina coast will give us a southwest flow of quite mild air, there may be some high clouds in the afternoon otherwise skies will be mostly sunny.

Record breaking warmth is likely Thursday through Saturday as the high pressure offshore continues to give us a southwest flow. High temperatures each of these days will be near 80 with also an increase in humidity.

A cold front will give us a chance of showers Sunday and Monday, temperatures will be lower but still be above normal.

Dry, chilly and windy weather is expected for Halloween!
