Temperatures again are unseasonably mild with readings mostly in the low 40s. The winds are mainly calm. The air quality is unhealthy for sensitive groups with an index of 101.

A low pressure system will cause rain to develop this morning and remain light through the afternoon and then become heavy at times tonight into Thursday morning. Rainfall amounts will average 1-2 inches that may cause minor stream and river flooding.

Unsettled weather but remaining rather mild the rest of Thursday into Saturday morning with a chance of mainly light rain.

Dry weather is expected Saturday afternoon through New Year’s Day with temperatures a little above normal.
