Good morning everyone!

High pressure is moving offshore and today will be mostly cloudy and mild with light winds.

A low pressure system is expected to give our area rain mainly from around 9 a.m. on Wednesday through the early morning hours of Thursday. Rainfall amounts will average around an inch which may cause some minor flooding of some streams and rivers.

An upper level low will still give us a chance of showers Thursday and Friday.

High pressure will then move into our area for the New Year’s Holiday weekend with mainly dry conditions and cooler temperatures.
