Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy early on this Friday morning and temperatures range from 43 in Clifton down to 36 at High Point. Winds are calm or light northerly. The air quality is good with an index of 26.

A weak high pressure area will be moving through the area, but we should remain mostly cloudy today, temperatures will be below normal but not as cool as yesterday.

A cold front will cross the area Saturday morning that will likely give us some showers from late tonight through early Saturday morning. Skies will become mostly sunny on Saturday afternoon with milder temperatures, a weak cold front will come through dry in the afternoon.

High pressure building into the area will give us a mostly sunny day on Sunday with slightly lower high temperatures.

Monday and Tuesday should be dry with near seasonable temperatures.

Another cold front will give us a chance of showers on Wednesday followed by clearing and cool weather for Thursday.

MONDAY – APRIL 22 – Sunny, highs in the mid 60s.

TUESDAY – APRIL 23 – Mostly sunny, highs in the mid 60s.

WEDNESDAY – APRIL 24 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, highs, in the mid 60s.

THURSDAY – APRIL 25 – Sunny and cooler, highs in the upper 50s.
