CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR MAY 3RD:

RECORD HIGH: 93 – 2018 RECORD LOW: 34 – 1986

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 87 LOW: 51 PRECIPITATION: TRACE

After having the warmest day of the year yesterday, today will be much cooler as high pressure to our north gives us an onshore flow. High temperatures will be about 20 degrees cooler than yesterday but be near normal for this time of year.

The high pressure will weaken on Saturday and we should see mostly cloudy skies. With a continued onshore flow high temperatures will be slightly below normal.

A frontal system will likely give us showers on Sunday and with the rain and a continued onshore flow, highs will only rise to the upper 50s

Milder next week, but with a front near by there will be a chance of showers mainly Tuesday night through Thursday. Most highs during the week will be in the 70s but may rise to near 80 on Wednesday.
