Skies are cloudy and there is some dense fog in parts of the area, temperatures range from 51 in Clifton down to 48 at High Point and Vernon. Winds are calm or light northerly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 75.

Today will be cloudy but much milder ahead of a cold front that will cross the area this evening possibly touching off some afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms.

High pressure will then build into the area on Tuesday giving us a mostly sunny day with quite mild temperatures.

A warm front will cross the area Wednesday morning with possible showers followed by mostly sunny skies and warm temperatures with highs in the 80s. There will again be a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

Cooler but unsettled weather Thursday through the weekend as a few disturbances move through our area. Showers are likely on Thursday and a chance of showers on Friday. Saturday should be dry but more showers are possible on Sunday.
