Skies are mostly clear early on this Friday morning and temperatures range from 44 in Clifton down to 32 at Walpack. Winds are calm or light northwesterly. The air quality is good with an index of 25.

High pressure building into our area today will give us plenty of sunshine, light winds and seasonably mild temperatures.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers in the early morning and then again Saturday evening as a couple of weak disturbances move through our area. Rainfall amounts will be less than 1/10th of an inch.

Sunday will be cool and breezy but with mostly sunny skies as a coastal low will be well off the New England coast and high pressure building from the north.

Milder next week as the high moves off shore and we will have a return southwest flow of air. Tuesday will be the warmest day with highs near 80.

A stronger cold front will give us a chance of showers Tuesday night with showers likely Wednesday into Thursday.
