Low pressure off the Maine coast along with high pressure building from the west will give us a brisk west–northwest flow of seasonably warm air along with low humidity with dew points mainly in the very comfortable 40s. Skies will be mostly sunny.
Father’s Day will be mostly sunny again with seasonably warm temperatures and less wind than today. Dew points will rise only a little to the 50s which is still comfortable.
A strong low pressure system will give us well needed rain mainly from Monday afternoon through early Tuesday morning. Rainfall amounts will average 1-2 inches with higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Weak high pressure will give us mainly dry conditions with Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday night with continued seasonably warm temperatures.
A weaker low pressure system will give us a chance of more showers and thunderstorms Thursday and Friday.
