High pressure building into our area will give us a mostly sunny and warm day today with light winds and comfortable humidity.
Increasing clouds on Thursday as the high moves offshore and a frontal system approaches from the west. Showers and thunderstorms are expected mainly after 8 p.m.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue Friday through at least Saturday morning as a cold front moves through our area.
High pressure then builds into our area for Sunday and that will give us a nice summer day with plenty of sunshine.
Mainly dry and quite warm early next week then hotter weather is likely towards the end of next week.
