A cold front crossed the area yesterday evening preceded by a rather unexpected strong thunderstorm. Weak high pressure will build into the area today and we will have smoky skies along with quite warm temperatures however the humidity will be much lower with dew points dropping to the 50s.

Friday will be a pleasantly warm day with comfortable humidity and hopefully the smoke will move away by the morning.

Low pressure along a front in our area will likely give us showers and thunderstorms Saturday into Saturday night. Temperatures will be lower but it will be more humid.

A chance of a shower early Sunday morning and then it should be a pleasant day with seasonably warm temperatures and lower humidity.

Another nice day on Monday but showers are possible Tuesday and Wednesday as another frontal system approaches our area.
