Cooler and damp Thursday!


At daybreak this morning light rain is falling and the temperature is around the 50 degree mark.

Most of the rain will end by noon today but it will remain cloudy and with winds off the ocean temperatures will only rise slightly above 60.

Mainly dry weather this evening but some more there will be a chance of showers after midnight.

As a warm front slowly approaches the area on Friday it will remain mostly cloudy with shower chances continuing.

The warm front will pass to our north on Saturday with much warmer air moving into the area, still there will be some showers and thunderstorms.

Looks like we dry out on Mother’s Day with continued warm temperatures.

Warm and dry weather will continue on Monday, we may see some temperatures rise into the 80s.

More showers possible Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, temperatures will continue above normal.

Another nice day but unsettled weather from late tonight through Saturday!


At daybreak in the Clifton area we have clear skies, light winds with temperatures in the mid  40s,  some readings are in the 30s with some frost in the outlying areas.

Today we will continue with the nice weather of the last couple of days with plenty of sunshine temperatures once again will reach near 70.

Tonight skies will cloud up tonight with light rain likely starting after midnight.

Rain will likely end by noon on Thursday but it should remain cool and mostly cloudy with an onshore wind.

On Friday a warm front will be approaching giving the area a chance of showers, temperatures will be a little milder.

The warm front will move north of us Saturday morning so it will become warmer with still a chance of showers and thunderstorm during the day, highs will be in the 70s and it will be a touch humid also..

Mainly warm and dry conditions from Mother’s Day through the early part of next week.

Another pleasant spring day today with a little less wind!


Skies are mostly cloudy early this morning and temperatures are similar to the last few mornings ranging from the upper 40s in the Clifton area to the low 40s further inland..

The clouds should break this morning and it will be a mostly sunny day with highs also similar to yesterday close to the 70 degree mark.

Nice weather will continue on Wednesday with near normal temperatures but rain chances increase by late Wednesday night.

Thursday will be a mostly cloudy day with rain likely mostly in the morning, temperatures will be cooler.

A warm front will be approaching the area on Friday with still a chance of light rain, temperatures will be a little higher than on Thursday.

Warmer on the weekend with a good chance of showers and thunderstorms especially on Saturday, highs will mainly be in the 70s.

We dry out on Monday with still rather warm temperatures.

Nice spring weather the next three days then rain chances increase starting Thursday!


Under mostly clear skies at daybreak temperatures range from the upper 40s in the Clifton area to the low 40s further inland.

Today we will have plenty of sunshine, it will be breezy this morning with winds diminishing this afternoon.

Continued sunny and seasonably mild Tuesday and Wednesday, morning will start off a little chilly and there may be some frost up in the Poconos.

Rain chances increase for Thursday and Friday and there will considerable cloudiness as a warm front approaches, most of the rain if it occurs will be light.

Warmer air will move into the area for the weekend with highs in the 70s, however there will be a good chance of showers both days.

Pleasant start to this Sunday but breezy with some showers possible this afternoon!


We have mostly clear skies this morning with temperatures ranging from around 50 in the Clifton area to the 40s further inland.

We will have a mostly sunny start to the day but a cold front moving through the area will cause some scattered showers this afternoon mainly after 3pm, it will also become quite breezy, highs today should be slightly lower than on Saturday.

Very pleasant and dry spring weather Monday through Wednesday with plenty of sunshine and temperatures near normal, normal highs for this time of year are in the upper 60s.

The next chance of showers will be from Thursday through Saturday as a warm front approaches the area, temperatures will start off near normal on Thursday but becoming warmer by Saturday.   Friday’s temperatures are a bit tricky depending how fast the warm front moves to our north, if the front doesn’t push through it could remain in the 50s but if does move to our north we could have highs well up into the 70s.
