A weak area of high pressure will give us a sunny day today, temperatures will be cooler than yesterday but still a bit above normal. Winds will be a little gusty out of the west.

Low pressure is expected to form off the Carolina coast and move southeast of Long Island by Sunday night. Snow from this system will begin around sunrise and continue possibly heavy at times during the day and ending by sunset. Unlike our last storm this storm will be a fast mover so snowfall amounts will be much less with 4-8 inches expected.

Monday high pressure will give us a sunny but cold day with highs staying below freezing.

A frontal system on Tuesday will give us a good chance of snow or rain.

Quite cold Wednesday into next weekend and there are some indications that another storm may affect the area towards the end of next week but at this time there is only a slight chance of more snow but that could change and again a system to watch.
