Skies are cloudy at daybreak this morning and we have had some occasional showers falling, temperatures are in the upper 40s and winds are gusting to 20 mph.

So far in Clifton we have had 1.25″ of rainfall since the storm began on Tuesday.

Today will be another cloudy, cool and windy day with showers as precipitation from the storm off the coast affects our area, the showers should diminish later this afternoon and end by this evening.

Friday we will see some breaks in the clouds along with milder temperatures.

The weekend will be dry, mild temperatures on Saturday but a little cooler on Sunday along with breezy conditions.

Dry weather will continue till the middle of next week, Tuesday and Wednesday will be quite mild with temperatures reaching 70 or a bit above.

We have moderate rain at daybreak this morning, temperatures are mainly in the low 50s.  Heavier rain is occurring down off the Jersey shore with some lightning and thunder being observed.

Yesterday we had just over a half inch of rainfall along with thunderstorms, rather vivid lightning for this time of year, in fact hail covered the ground occurred in the Brick area along the coast and even a waterspout was seen off of Seaside Heights.

Today we will have periods of showers mostly falling this morning, temperatures will not rise much as a low pressure area just off shore moves very slowly to the north.  Rain will again become more likely after midnight.

Periods of rain will continue on Thursday most likely falling before 3pm. Temperatures will continue to be cool.

As the low moves slowly to our north and east we should see improving weather on Friday with slightly mild temperatures.

Plenty of sunshine over this weekend, Saturday will be quite mild but a little cooler on Sunday as a weak cold front moves through the area.

Dry and mild weather will continue into at least the middle of next week.

We have cloudy skies at daybreak this morning and there are some scattered light showers in the area, temperatures are more than 10 degrees higher than yesterday morning with readings ranging from around 50 in the Clifton area to the upper 40s inland, winds are light.

Today will be a mainly cloudy day with some showers possible even a rumble of thunder is not out of the question, high temperatures will be mainly in the upper 60s but if have more breaks in the clouds we may come close to the 70 degree mark.

Showers become more likely tonight along with a chance of a thunderstorm, temperatures will only dip to around 50.

Rain and cooler weather for Wednesday and most of Thursday as a low pressure area will be just off the coast.

Improving weather and a little milder on Friday.

Excellent weather for the weekend, it will be mild on Saturday and slightly cooler on Sunday behind a weak cold front.

Warmer and dry weather next Monday and Tuesday.

We have mostly clear skies at daybreak this morning, temperatures range from the upper 30s in the Clifton area to some upper 20s well inland and even some 20s in the New Jersey pinelands in the southern part of the state, winds are calm.  I do not see any frost this morning in Clifton as the humidity may be too low but the growing season likely ended for the areas that dropped below freezing.

Today will be less windy and a little milder with temperatures reaching the 60 degree mark, skies will be partly sunny with more clouds as the day moves on.

Tonight will not be nearly as chilly as this morning as we will have cloudy skies and a southwest wind, there will be a chance of showers after midnight.

Tuesday will be cloudy with a chance of rain, rain will be more likely at night.

A slow moving low pressure area will likely cause more rain with cool temperatures Wednesday and Thursday.

Improving weather on Friday as the low moves away.

The weekend weather looks quite nice with dry conditions and mild temperatures.

Skies are mostly cloudy early this morning and temperatures are near 50 degrees in the Clifton area and in the low 40s further inland, winds have become gusty out of the northwest.

Today will be much cooler than the last few days as a Canadian air mass moves into the area, temperatures will not rise much only reaching the mid 50s and with winds gusting to 30 mph it will feel that much cooler.

Tonight frost and freeze conditions are likely just north and west of the Clifton area as temperatures fall to the 30s, with some 20s well inland, winds will diminish.

After a chilly start Monday will be less windy and a couple of degrees higher than today along with partly sunny skies.

A period of wet weather from Tuesday to possibly Friday, at this time it appears that we will only have light rain and drizzle, daytime highs will be below normal.

Improving weather by the weekend with milder temperatures.

Latest indications are that next week will have above normal temperatures.
