Seasonably mild Thursday with some early showers!


Skies are cloudy at daybreak this morning with temperatures ranging from the mid 30s in the Clifton area to the upper 20s to our north and west. There are some snow showers that have whiten the ground across Northwest New Jersey and the Poconos.

Today we will have cloudy skies this morning with just a chance of morning light rain showers in the Clifton area, skies will slowly become partly sunny this afternoon.

Friday will be a dry day with seasonably mild temperatures but another weak disturbance may cause some snow showers late at night..

Early snow showers may give us a coating of snow early Saturday morning then we will have clearing with seasonable temperatures.

Mostly cloudy on Sunday with another chance of snow showers with continued seasonable temperatures.

Dry and seasonable mild on Monday.

An Arctic front will cross the area Monday night or Tuesday morning ushering back much colder air for the middle of next week along with a chance of snow.

Longer range it appears that a cold and possibly stormy period will be with us later next week through the end of the month.

 

The forecast: Today – Cloudy with a chance of rain showers this morning then slow clearing by this afternoon, high in the low 40s.

Tonight – Partly cloudy, low in the upper 20s.

Friday – Partly sunny, high in the mid 40s, chance of light snow late at night.

Saturday – Chance of early light snow then becoming mostly sunny, high in the upper 30s.

Sunday – Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers, high in the upper 30s.

Monday – Partly sunny, high in the low 40s.

Tuesday – Mostly cloudy, colder, high in the low 30s, chance of snow at night.

Wednesday – Partly sunny and quite cold, high only in the mid 20s.
