So tired of the cold……does this mean a cool spring and summer, or just the opposite? Have grand gardening plans and wondering how to plan my planting – if it will be later than average

Debbie this cold weather we are having will have no bearing on how the spring will turn on… patterns change, some of the warmest springs have come after a very cold winter…. I don’t like long range predictions, they are so often wrong.
