Light rain is falling over the area early this Sunday morning and temperatures are mild ranging from the mid 50s in Clifton to the upper 40s in some of the cooler inland areas, winds are light.
We will continue to have some light showers this morning with rainfall amounts mainly under a tenth of an inch. A cold front will be approaching the area and pass through this afternoon, we should see some sunshine this afternoon and temperatures will be mild reaching near 70 degrees in some spots.
Colder tonight under clear skies as high pressure builds into the area. Monday and Tuesday will be fair and seasonably cool.
Our first significant rainfall since the beginning of October will occur on Wednesday and Wednesday night as a storm system moves into the area, rainfall amounts of an inch or so is likely.
We should see some clearing on Thursday with mild temperatures.
Dry and seasonably cool air returns for Friday and Halloween.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – South-southwest winds gusting to 13 knots, seas 2-3 feet. Small craft advisory will be in effect from 6 p.m this evening till 6 p.m. on Monday.
OUTLOOK – Small craft advisories likely Tuesday through Wednesday night with advisories still possible on Thursday.
