Beautiful late spring weather today through at least Wednesday!


Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and it is much cooler than this time yesterday with temperatures ranging from the mid 50s here in Clifton to around 50 further inland.

Today will feature plenty of sunshine, winds will be a little gusty this morning but will slowly diminsh this afternoon, highs should be around normal for this time of year and the humidity will be low.

Nice late spring weather will continue Tuesday and Wednesday with plenty of sunshine both days with lighter winds and continued low humidity.

A frontal system to our south will give us more clouds on Thursday with a chance of showers at night.

High pressure is expected to build back into the area Friday through the weekend but a cut off low pressure will be just offshore, at this time we will forecast dry weather but the confidence of this is on the low side.

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – Mostly sunny, high near 80.

TONIGHT – Partly cloudy, low in the mid 50s.

TUESDAY – Sunny, high in the low 80s.

WEDNESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

THURSDAY – Mostly cloudy, high in the upper 70s, chance of showers at night.

FRIDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

SATURDAY – Sunny, high near 80.

SUNDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the low 80s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – Small craft advisory in effect till 11 a.m. this morning, northwest winds to 16 knots, seas 3 feet,  winds and seas diminishing this afternoon.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Tuesday through Thursday, near advisory level conditions on Friday.
