Sunny and warm with comfortable humidity this weekend! Chance of showers Monday night into Wednesday morning!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Saturday morning and temperatures range from the low 60s here in Clifton to the low 50s further inland, winds are nearly calm.

High pressure over our area will give us nice early summer weekend weather with plenty of sunshine both days, temperatures will be seasonably warm but the humidity will continue to be comfortable with dew points in the 50s.

High pressure will be moving offshore on Monday, we should still see mostly sunny skies during the day but as a front approaches the area we may see some shower and thunderstorm activity at night.  Chances of showers and thunderstorms from Tuesday through Wednesday morning as the front moves through.

High pressure again builds into the area Wednesday afternoon into Thursday again giving us plenty of sunshine, warm temperatures but comfortable humidity levels.

Another front may give us a chance of showers on Friday.

No heat waves are indicated by the models for our area through the first week of July as most of the heat will remain over the west and southern parts of the country.

Warm today with showers possible mainly this morning! Nice on Wednesday! Rain likely for Thursday!

It is quite warm across the area early on this Tuesday morning with temperatures ranging from the low 70s here in Clifton to the mid 60s further inland.  There is an area of showers and thunderstorms over the Poconos moving into the northwest part of New Jersey.

The area of showers and thunderstorms will be weakening as it moves closer to the Clifton area but we still may have this shower activity move into the area this morning and then offshore.  A cold front will cross the area this evening with another area of showers and thunderstorms developing but mostly affecting Central and Southern New Jersey.  Some sunshine later this morning and this afternoon will cause temperatures reach the upper 80s.

The cold front will move offshore tonight and a weak high pressure will give us a nice day tomorrow with plenty of sunshine, warm temperatures and rather comfortable humidities.

A low pressure will move through the area on Thursday and will likely give us some rain with embedded thunderstorms, some of this rain may be heavy.

High pressure returns for Friday and will dominate our weather through the weekend giving us dry conditions and warm temperatures along with comfortable humidity levels.
