Skies are cloudy early on this Friday morning and temperatures are a little above normal for this time of day ranging from the low 40s in the Clifton area to the mid 30s further inland, winds are nearly calm.

Today we should have mostly cloudy skies, temperatures will be mild, there is a low chance of a light shower this evening but most areas should remain dry.

Dry weather is expected for the weekend, Saturday will be mild but a little cooler on Sunday.

Monday will be a nice day with seasonable temperatures.

A strong front and low pressure system will be slowly moving into the area by Tuesday with rain likely through Thursday morning, temperatures however will be mild.

Cloudy weather for Thanksgiving Day with a chance of some light rain! More light rain possible on Friday! Dry and breezy weather for the weekend!


Skies are cloudy early on this Thanksgiving morning and temperatures range from the upper 30s in the Clifton area to around 30 further inland, winds are light.

Today we should have a cloudy day as a weak low pressure system moves mainly to our north, there is a chance of some mainly afternoon light rain, temperatures will be seasonably cool.

Another low pressure area will give us  a chance of light rain late on Friday which should end before daybreak on Saturday.

The weekend looks dry and breezy as low pressure moves to the Canadian Maritime region and high pressure build from the west, temperatures will be near seasonably levels.

Dry weather should persist Monday and Tuesday with milder tempertures developing.

The next chance of significant rain will be on Wednesday along with continued mild temperatures.

We have partly cloudy skies early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures range from the low 30s in the Clifton area to the mid 20s further inland, winds are light.

Today we will have sunny skies and slightly milder temperatures and with less wind it will feel much more comfortable than the last few days.

A weak area of low pressure will approach the area tomorrow, skies will be cloudy but the latest indications are that little or no precipitation is expected with the best chance of any rain will be in the afternoon and evening.

Another weak low pressure will cause a chance of light rain or showers Friday into early on Saturday.

The weekend looks to be dry but breezy, temperatures will be near normal.

Monday will be a nice day with plenty of sunshine and slightly milder temperatures.

A stronger low pressure will give us a good chance of rain Tuesday into Wednesday, temperatures will be seasonably mild.

Skies are mainly cloudy across the area early on this Tuesday morning and temperatures range from the upper 30s in Clifton to near 30 inland, winds are still gusting to 25 mph in some spots, some flurries are falling in some parts of the area.

Today will be a dry day with a little less wind but some gusts to 35 mph are still possible as the intense low moves further up into the Canadian Maritimes while high pressure builds in from the west.

Wednesday will be a rather nice day with much less wind and slightly milder temperatures.

A weak low pressure system will move into the area on Thanksgiving giving us a chance of light rain, however precipitation may start off as a mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain well inland in the morning.

Another weak low pressure area may cause some more light rain Friday and Friday night.

High pressure will build into the area for the weekend, Saturday will be windy but there will be less wind on Sunday, temperatures will be near normal.

Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Monday morning and there are some snow showers in the area especially across the Hudson Valley where some light accumulations have occurred..

Today we will continue to have strong winds along with cold temperatures, there is a slight chance of occasional snow flurries especially inland.  The winds are being caused by a strong low pressure that is over the St. Lawrence Valley.

Tuesday will still be chilly with slowly diminishing winds as the low pressure moves further north into the Canadian Maritime region.

Dry with slightly milder temperatures and much less wind on Wednesday.

A weak low pressure system moving into the area will give us a chance of mainly light rain that may start off briefly as a mixture of snow or sleet Thanksgiving morning, temperatures will be near normal.

Another weak low pressure area may give us some light rain Friday night into Saturday morning, temperatures will continue to be near normal.
